We meet with the client or realtor and do a walkthrough of your home, giving a verbal analysis on what is necessary to prepare your home for sale. This service is great for those that want to take on the staging process themselves. Just bring your notepad and pen and we’ll provide you with our expert recommendations on how to depersonalize your home and enhance it to appeal to the broadest possible market. The consultation requires 1-2 hours on site, and the fee for this service is $175.00.
Furniture Purchase Packages
Whether you’re relocating an employee and need to provide them a furnished space, or have an investment property you’d like to rent out furnished, we provide complete furniture purchase packages for 1 & 2 bedroom suites.
